I had an incredible Montessori-filled summer as I began Montessori Assistants to Infancy training (0 to 3 years)! It has been a life-changing, transformative experience! Throughout training, I felt compelled to find a way to bring Montessori to more and more families right from the beginning of life, so I began a new project: The Bambini Guide.

Msssssss. Jessssiiiiieeeee Brauuuuuuuddd!
(And, yes. Please picture this announcement made with megaphone in hand and a cheering VdM crowd in the midst.)
Can we make it to 500 meters by August 15th?
750 meters, perhaps?
A BOLD 1,000 meters?
With two fantastically full Lower Elementary classrooms for the 2016-2017 school year, Mrs. Anna Schwind and Mrs. Melinda Smith will lead one classroom while Mrs. Megan Eilers and Mrs. Sophie Andre will lead the other.
As our community is well aware, Mrs. Smith is not new to Villa di Maria- her two sons attend VdM, and she also co-chaired our Parent Organization last year. She IS, however, new to the position of Assistant and most certainly deserves a formal introduction. Enjoy!
